The Deep Blues Workshop is a 2 hour, all levels workshop. The workshop will be focused on the dyanmics of core, frame and rhythm of the dancers as individuals and partners. These topics will be explored through a variety of exciting exercises, (and for those who are looking to expand their dance vocabulary) fun moves and awe-inspiring dips.
Students attending the workshop will also be able to show off all their new hot moves, since they get free entry into the Back Alley Blues that same night.
